Return / refund policy

Because our products are personal-use wellness formulations, we maintain strict hygiene protocols and do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

You receive the wrong product.

The product arrives damaged or defective.

The package is lost in transit.

In such cases:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images at info@natureinfused.me.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund (credited back to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days).
